Delete your account
You can delete your account yourself, from either surface:
- In the app: Account > Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm.
- On the web portal: app.608examprep.com > Account > Delete account.
Deletion is permanent and removes your account, study progress, flashcard history, Career Radar profile, matches, and cover letters. Anonymous usage statistics that no longer identify you may remain.
Two things deletion does not do
- It does not cancel a subscription. Cancel where you purchased: the web billing portal for website purchases, or your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play) for in-app purchases. Do that first if you are mid-subscription.
- It does not delete Apple's or Google's own purchase records. Those are governed by their policies.
Bought in the app without ever adding an email?
There is no account to delete, but pseudonymous purchase records exist on our side. Email support@608examprep.com with the Support ID shown in the app's Account screen and we will remove them.
