What this is
An unofficial study aid for the US EPA Section 608 Technician Certification. Original practice questions written to the public regulation (40 CFR Part 82). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the EPA or any certifying organization. No product can promise you a passing score, and we do not.
Plans
- Study Kit (one time): the complete PDF study kit, yours to keep. No account, portal, or app. The Study Kit purchased on its own is governed by the store you bought it from.
- Pro (one time): the interactive study product on web and mobile, kept current, plus the PDF kit. A single payment, no subscription, and your access does not expire. Plain-language commitment: if the interactive service is ever discontinued, the PDF kit remains yours.
- Career Pro (subscription): everything in Pro, plus Career Radar. Billed monthly or yearly. Cancel anytime where you purchased (the web billing portal for web purchases; your device's subscription settings for in-app purchases). Your study access and downloaded files remain yours; only the Career Radar feed stops.
Career Radar
Career Radar gathers job listings from public job boards and delivers postings that appear to match your certification and preferences. We deliver postings; we do not guarantee interviews or employment. Cover letters are AI-generated drafts built only from the profile you provide: review and edit before sending, and you are responsible for what you submit to an employer.
Fair use
Personal, individual use. Content (questions, explanations, flashcards, PDFs) is copyrighted and may not be redistributed, resold, or used to build a competing product. Accounts are individual, not shared.
Refunds
Web purchases follow the refund policy at checkout (Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record). In-app purchases follow Apple's or Google's refund process.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harpoon Data LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the product. Continued use is acceptance.
